      People attending asked for more information before voting on the compromise dredging plan so Craig asked the board not to call a vote right away as was discussed at the annual meeting.
      Treasurer Rick Welle presented both the capital budget and the operations-only budget shared with members at the annual meeting Feb. 15. The board voted to share the operations-only budget with the full membership by mail. It will be voted on May 7, members may reply to this e-mail or attend the meeting to comment on the budget.
 
     Committee chairs were selected and their names are posted on the website. The officers for 2018-19 remain the same:
