Lawn Fertilizer:
Please do not put lawn fertilizer within 25 feet of the water. Rainwater will wash it the rest of the way down and the roots of the plants will take some of the chemicals out before it goes into the lake. Fertilizer in the silt contributes to excessive plant growth in the water.

Docks and Small Boat Stands:
Residents who want to build a dock must follow the building permit process below. Commons dock space is available on West Lake Drive. Residents who would like to see a small boat stand for kayaks, canoes or other small craft on their commons area should reply to this e-mail to let the Association know where the need is greatest.

Building Permits:
To obtain a building permit fill out the application form at www.dunlaplake.org/wordpress/buildinginformation/. That will need to be submitted along with drawings and a site plan to the email address at the bottom of the form.

Boat Stickers:
As boating season approaches please remember that all boats on the lake must have a Dunlap Lake boat sticker.
You can visit
www.dunlaplake.org/wordpress/boating-information/ for more information on how to get your stickers.
