The board of Dunlap Lake Property Owners Association will hold a special meeting via zoom June 21 at 7:00 PM. The agenda is to vote on the re-allocation of previously approved funds for construction on East Lake Common Area 5 to construction on West Lake Common Area 1.
At the March board meeting, the board approved the allocation of $108,400 for material clean out and multi-slip docks on commons areas E3, E4 and E5. The association is not going to proceed with the clean out and docks at E5 and has reduced the total number of slips at E3. It is being proposed that the association re-direct $47,525 of the remaining $65,875 from the previously approved capitol fund to build 12 slips on W1.
