A special meeting of the Dunlap Lake Property Owner’s Association Board was held at 7 p.m. on Monday, July 14 at the Moose Lodge. The only item on the agenda was response to a July 9th request to waive the right of first refusal to allow the sale of a vacant lot on the lake. There is no street address, the property is defined as Outlot A Northshore
The board voted not to exercise the Association’s right of first refusal and will not be purchasing the property.
All vacant lots on the water are required to offer right of first refusal to the association and the adjacent property owners before selling a lakefront lot.
