The association bylaws call for the water to be lowered every five years for routine maintenance. This fall the water will start going down November 1 and it will go down lower than usual to allow for maintenance on the silo.
Please apply now for building permits and get your contractor booked for any shoreline, dock or other repairs. The spillway will be closed by December 31. It will not be kept open for unfinished projects.
