The gate to the dam was closed about 8 pm Thursday, June 18. We will continue to monitor water levels. The national weather service has a flash flood watch in effect until 7 am on June 20. Please continue to keep a close eye on your boats.

The gate has been open in an effort to lower the lake before the tropical storm arrives. People might want to loosen the ropes on their boats to give them room to rise or fall with the water level.
