2026 Annual Meeting slide presentation
Thanks to everyone who attended the 2026 Annual Meeting. Andrew Reznack went through a slideshow of 2025 committee reports and then Rick Welle went through last year’s spending and the 2026-27 proposed budget. The budget will be voted on at the first board meeting, 7 p.m. Monday March 30, 2026 at the Moose Lodge on Marine Road.
Some options for next steps on capital projects were shared. With figures from the silt depth mapping done last year, James Taylor shared some price estimates to help determine future priorities. They are included towards the end of the Meeting PowerPoint.
Five board members were elected for a 3-year term from 2026-29. Congratulations to:

The new board will continue to manage the association’s loans and consider what, if any, projects should be done when the water is dropped for routine maintenance in the Fall of 2026. Several residents made suggestions for generating more revenue.
All residents are encouraged to attend board meetings which are usually held at 7 p.m. the last Monday of the month at the Edwardsville Moose Lodge, 7371 Marine Road.
